Taco Soup

Ingredients:

  1. 1 pounds - ground beef
  2. 1 - small onion diced
  3. 1 cans - beef broth
  4. 1 cans - diced tomatoes and green chilies undrained
  5. 1 cans - pinto beans undrained
  6. 1 cans - kernel corn undrained
  7. 1 packages - taco seasoning
  8. 1 packages - dry ranch dressing mix
  9. 1 cups - water

Directions:

1. In a pan, brown and crumble ground beef along with diced onion (season with a pinch of salt and pepper).

2. Drain excess grease. Put ground beef and onion mixture in slow cooker. Add in diced tomatoes, corn, pinto beans, beef broth and water.

3. Stir in packets of ranch dressing mix and taco seasoning.

4. Give it all a good stir and set on low for 6 to 8 hours.

5. Serve with toppings such as crushed corn tortilla chips, sour cream, Mexican cheeses and chopped green onion. Enjoy!
