Ingredients:
- 2 pounds - lean ground beef browned & drained
- 1 packages - taco seasoning mix
- 1 packages - Ranch dressing mix
- 1 cups - water
- 1 cans - pinto beans with jalapenos
- 1 cans - kidney beans
- 1 cans - black beans
- 1 cans - Ranch style beans
- 2 cans - yellow corn or hominy
- 1 cans - diced tomatoes
- 1 cans - Rotel tomatoes
- - grated cheese optional
- - sour cream optional
- - guacamole optional
Directions:
Mix meat and seasonings in large pot and add remaining ingredients (using liquid from canned goods as well). Bring to a boil, then simmer for 30 minutes.
Serve with cornbread or chips.
Optional toppings: grated cheese, sour cream and/or guacamole.
