For “Mama Nachos” (we started calling it then when we quit eating at Taco (not) Bueno): Serve on a bed of lettuce or tortilla chips (cut tortillas into wedges, spray or brush lightly with water or coconut oil or butter, sprinkle with salt, toast on baking stone at 400 degrees 8-10 minutes).

Directions:

Combine seasoning ingredients in a small bowl or container and set aside.

Brown ground beef. Add water and dry seasoning mixture. Bring to a boil and let simmer for 20-25 minutes. If mixture gets too thick before cooking is complete, add a small amount of water to thin.

Serve on soft or hard taco shells topped with your favorite vegetables and sauce. (Beware of ingredients in taco shells. The corn should be organic.)
