Taco Pasta

Ingredients:

  1. 1 pounds - ground beef
  2. 1 cups - beef broth
  3. 1 cups - water
  4. 1 packages - taco seasoning
  5. 1 cans - diced tomatoes
  6. 1/4 cups - onion finely chopped
  7. 1 cloves - garlic
  8. 1 packages - Old El Paso chile and roasted garlic Mexican cooking sauce
  9. 4 ounces - cream cheese softened and cut into 1 inch pieces
  10. 3 cups - medium pasta shells cooked
  11. 2 cups - shredded Cheddar cheese

Directions:

Brown hamburger. Place beef and remaining ingredients (except pasta shells and cheddar cheese) in Crockpot; stir until well combined. Cover; cook on low 4-5 hours.

About 15 minutes before serving, cook and drain pasta. Uncover slow cooker; stir in pasta and cheese. Cook uncovered on High 10-15 minutes or until cheese is melted.
