Ingredients:
- 1 pounds - ground beef
- 1 cups - beef broth
- 1 cups - water
- 1 packages - taco seasoning
- 1 cans - diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cups - onion finely chopped
- 1 cloves - garlic
- 1 packages - Old El Paso chile and roasted garlic Mexican cooking sauce
- 4 ounces - cream cheese softened and cut into 1 inch pieces
- 3 cups - medium pasta shells cooked
- 2 cups - shredded Cheddar cheese
Directions:
Brown hamburger. Place beef and remaining ingredients (except pasta shells and cheddar cheese) in Crockpot; stir until well combined. Cover; cook on low 4-5 hours.
About 15 minutes before serving, cook and drain pasta. Uncover slow cooker; stir in pasta and cheese. Cook uncovered on High 10-15 minutes or until cheese is melted.
