Ingredients:

  1. 1 tablespoons - Oil
  2. 2 tablespoons - Onions Chopped
  3. 2 tablespoons - Capsicum Chopped
  4. 1 tablespoons - Green Chilies Chopped
  5. 1/2 teaspoons - Oregano
  6. 1/2 teaspoons - Black Pepper Powder
  7. 1 teaspoons - Chili Flakes
  8. 1 teaspoons - Mint Powder
  9. 1/2 teaspoons - Chaat Masala
  10. 2 pieces - Potatoes Boiled and chopped
  11. - Salt To Taste
  12. 1 cups - Wheat Flour
  13. 1 1/2 tablespoons - Ghee
  14. pinchs - Oregano
  15. pinchs - Mint Powder
  16. 1/2 teaspoons - Chili Powder
  17. - Salt To Taste
  18. - Water As Required
  19. - Sesame Seeds
  20. - Mayonnaise

Directions:

For Stuffing
Heat oil in a pan.
Add onions, capsicum and green chilies and saute.
Add Oregano, Black Pepper, Chili Flakes, Chaat Masala and Mint Powder and saute.
Now add potatoes and salt and cook properly.
Rest until on room temperature.

For Taco Shell
Make the semi-stiff batter for taco shell.
Make a thick roti from the batter and cut in round shape of a small bowl.
Now stuff the taco with the prepared stuffing.
On the stuffing apply some sesame seeds.

Now add the tacos on a greased baking tray.
In a preheated oven bake the tacos at 200 degrees for 5 to 7 minutes.

Serve with mayonnaise.
