Ingredients:
- 1 tablespoons - Oil
- 2 tablespoons - Onions Chopped
- 2 tablespoons - Capsicum Chopped
- 1 tablespoons - Green Chilies Chopped
- 1/2 teaspoons - Oregano
- 1/2 teaspoons - Black Pepper Powder
- 1 teaspoons - Chili Flakes
- 1 teaspoons - Mint Powder
- 1/2 teaspoons - Chaat Masala
- 2 pieces - Potatoes Boiled and chopped
- - Salt To Taste
- 1 cups - Wheat Flour
- 1 1/2 tablespoons - Ghee
- pinchs - Oregano
- pinchs - Mint Powder
- 1/2 teaspoons - Chili Powder
- - Salt To Taste
- - Water As Required
- - Sesame Seeds
- - Mayonnaise
Directions:
For Stuffing
Heat oil in a pan.
Add onions, capsicum and green chilies and saute.
Add Oregano, Black Pepper, Chili Flakes, Chaat Masala and Mint Powder and saute.
Now add potatoes and salt and cook properly.
Rest until on room temperature.
For Taco Shell
Make the semi-stiff batter for taco shell.
Make a thick roti from the batter and cut in round shape of a small bowl.
Now stuff the taco with the prepared stuffing.
On the stuffing apply some sesame seeds.
Now add the tacos on a greased baking tray.
In a preheated oven bake the tacos at 200 degrees for 5 to 7 minutes.
Serve with mayonnaise.
