Tabbouleh Salad

Ingredients:

  1. 1 boxes - tabbouleh
  2. 6 - large ripe tomatoes finely chopped
  3. 2 tablespoons - lemon juice
  4. 30 grams - mint chopped
  5. 30 grams - parsley chopped
  6. 1/4 teaspoons - ground cumin
  7. - salt and freshly ground black pepper
  8. 1 packages - watercress and spinach salad 50 grams

Directions:

1. Cook the tabbouleh according to the packet instructions. Place in a large bowl. Add the chopped tomatoes with all their seeds and juices; stir together and set aside for 30 minutes.

2. Stir in the lemon juice, mint, parsley, cumin and seasoning and mix together well.

3. Put the watercress and spinach salad in a bowl and arrange the tabbouleh on top.

4. Serve and enjoy!
