Swiss Vegetable Medley

Ingredients:

  1. 1 packages - Frozen mixed Vegetables 900g
  2. 1 cans - Cream of Mushroom Soup
  3. 1/2 cups - Sour Cream
  4. 1 cups - Cheddar Cheese Shredded
  5. 1 cans - French Fried Onions (Durkee)

Directions:

Boil and drain vegetables

Stir in soup, sour cream, 3/4 Cup cheese and 1/2 Can onions

Spoon into casserole dish
Sprinkle with remaining cheese and onions

Bake covered 40 minutes @350

Let stand 10 minutes before serving
