Sweet Sugarplums

Ingredients:

  1. 1 cups - Almonds blanched
  2. 3/4 cups - Dates chopped
  3. 3/4 cups - Walnuts
  4. 3/4 cups - Dried apricots
  5. 3/4 cups - Raisins
  6. 1/4 cups - Orange juice
  7. 1 cups - Almonds blanched
  8. 3/4 cups - Dates chopped
  9. 3/4 cups - Walnuts
  10. 3/4 cups - Dried apricots
  11. 3/4 cups - Raisins
  12. 1/4 cups - Orange juice

Directions:

Pulse almonds, raisins, apricots, dates and walnuts in a blender or food processor until you have a coarse meal.

Add orange juice and pulse until the mixture sticks together.

Shape the dough into 1-inch balls, then roll the balls in sugar, if you like. Set the sugarplums in candy paper liners and store them in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
