Ingredients:
- 1/2 cups - sugar
- 1 teaspoons - cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoons - allspice
- 1/2 teaspoons - mace
- 1/2 teaspoons - salt
- 1 1/2 cups - cooked mashed sweet potato
- 1 cups - milk
- 2 tablespoons - melted margarine
- 1 - 9-inch unbaked pie shell
- 2 - eggs slightly beaten
Directions:
Mix sugar and spices together. Stir into mashed sweet potatoes.
In a separate bowl, combine milk, eggs, and margarine. Add to potato mixture.
Pour into pastry shell. Bake at 400 degrees F for about 40 minutes or until filling is set.
