Ingredients:
- 3 cups - sweet potatoes (about 4 good sized ones)
- 1/2 cups - sugar
- 1/2 cups - butter
- 2 - eggs beaten
- 1 teaspoons - vanilla
- 1/3 cups - milk optional
- 1/3 cups - melted butter
- 1 cups - light brown sugar
- 1/2 cups - flour
- 1 cups - chopped pecans or a little more, as desired
Directions:
Peel, boil and mash sweet potatoes.
Mix in sugar, butter, eggs, vanilla and milk. Pour into a 13-x-9-inch baking dish.
Mix together topping ingredients in a small bowl and sprinkle on top of potato mixture in baking dish.
Bake 25 minutes at 325 degrees F.
