Sweet Potato Fluff Casserole

Ingredients:

  1. 3 cups - sweet potatoes (about 4 good sized ones)
  2. 1/2 cups - sugar
  3. 1/2 cups - butter
  4. 2 - eggs beaten
  5. 1 teaspoons - vanilla
  6. 1/3 cups - milk optional
  7. 1/3 cups - melted butter
  8. 1 cups - light brown sugar
  9. 1/2 cups - flour
  10. 1 cups - chopped pecans or a little more, as desired

Directions:

Peel, boil and mash sweet potatoes.

Mix in sugar, butter, eggs, vanilla and milk. Pour into a 13-x-9-inch baking dish.

Mix together topping ingredients in a small bowl and sprinkle on top of potato mixture in baking dish.

Bake 25 minutes at 325 degrees F.
