Sweet Potato Chana Dal Sikh Kebab

Ingredients:

  1. 1 tablespoons - Oil
  2. 2 tablespoons - Onion Chopped
  3. 1 teaspoons - Green Chilies Chopped
  4. 1/2 teaspoons - Roasted Cumin Powder
  5. - Salt To Taste
  6. 1 teaspoons - Chili Powder
  7. 1 tablespoons - Mint
  8. 1/2 cups - Chana Dal Boiled for 1 whistle then crushed in a powder
  9. 1 cups - Sweet Potatoes Boiled
  10. 1 tablespoons - Coriander
  11. 1/2 teaspoons - Sesame Seeds
  12. 1/2 tablespoons - Lemon Juice
  13. 1/2 teaspoons - Chaat Masala
  14. - Oats For Coating
  15. - Oil To Fry
  16. - Chaat Masala To Sprinkle

Directions:

Heat oil in a pan.
Add onion, green chilies, cumin powder, salt, chili powder, mint and dal and saute.
Smash the sweet potatoes and add dal mixture in them.
Add coriander, sesame seeds, chaat masala and lemon juice.
Make the kebabs.
Roll in oats and grill the kebabs.
Sprinkle chaat masala and serve.
