Ingredients:
- 1 tablespoons - Oil
- 2 tablespoons - Onion Chopped
- 1 teaspoons - Green Chilies Chopped
- 1/2 teaspoons - Roasted Cumin Powder
- - Salt To Taste
- 1 teaspoons - Chili Powder
- 1 tablespoons - Mint
- 1/2 cups - Chana Dal Boiled for 1 whistle then crushed in a powder
- 1 cups - Sweet Potatoes Boiled
- 1 tablespoons - Coriander
- 1/2 teaspoons - Sesame Seeds
- 1/2 tablespoons - Lemon Juice
- 1/2 teaspoons - Chaat Masala
- - Oats For Coating
- - Oil To Fry
- - Chaat Masala To Sprinkle
Directions:
Heat oil in a pan.
Add onion, green chilies, cumin powder, salt, chili powder, mint and dal and saute.
Smash the sweet potatoes and add dal mixture in them.
Add coriander, sesame seeds, chaat masala and lemon juice.
Make the kebabs.
Roll in oats and grill the kebabs.
Sprinkle chaat masala and serve.
