Sweet Potato Casserole

Ingredients:

  1. 6 - medium yams cooked
  2. 3 tablespoons - butter melted
  3. 3/4 cups - sugar
  4. 3 tablespoons - orange liqueur
  5. 1 teaspoons - grated orange rind
  6. 1/4 teaspoons - salt
  7. 1/4 teaspoons - nutmeg
  8. 1 - large egg
  9. 1/2 cans - Eagle Brand
  10. 1/2 cans - evaporated milk
  11. 3/4 cups - brown sugar
  12. 1 cups - chopped pecans
  13. 1/3 cups - flour
  14. 1/3 cups - butter melted
  15. 1/4 teaspoons - nutmeg

Directions:

Mash the potatoes with butter.

Add remaining ingredients and mix well.

Bake, uncovered, at 425 degrees F for 30 minutes (shield with foil if necessary).

Mix together topping ingredients and spread over top of baked casserole.
