Sweet Potato Casserole

Ingredients:

  1. 1/2 cups - sugar
  2. 1/2 teaspoons - salt
  3. 1/3 cups - margarine
  4. 1/2 cups - milk
  5. 3 cups - sweet potatoes peeled, cooked, mashed
  6. 2 - eggs whipped
  7. 1 teaspoons - vanilla
  8. 1 cups - brown sugar
  9. 1/3 cups - flour
  10. 1/2 cups - chopped nuts
  11. 1/3 cups - margarine softened slightly

Directions:

Mix together mashed sweet potatoes with sugar, salt, margarine, milk, eggs, and vanilla until thoroughly combined.

Pour into baking dish.

For topping, mix together brown sugar and flour in a small bowl; cut in the margarine until mixture is crumbly and then stir in the nuts. Spread over top of sweet potatoes in baking dish.

Bake at 350 degrees F for 30-35 minutes until top is bubbly.
