Sweet Potato Casserole

Ingredients:

  1. 3 cups - Sweet Potatoes 4 Cups Cooked
  2. 1 cups - Sugar
  3. 1/2 teaspoons - Salt
  4. 2 - Eggs
  5. 1/3 sticks - Butter 2 tbl & 2 tsp
  6. 1/2 cups - Evaporated Milk
  7. 1 teaspoons - Vanilla
  8. 1 cups - Brown Sugar
  9. 1 cups - Pecans Chopped
  10. 1 cups - Shredded Coconut
  11. 1 sticks - Butter Melted
  12. 1/3 cups - All Purpose Flour

Directions:

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Mix together mashed sweet potatoes with sugar, salt, eggs, butter, evaporated milk & vanilla.
Mix topping in a separate bowl. Brown sugar, pecans, coconut, butter & flour.
Place in greased casserole dish and bake 20-30 minutes. Cover with topping & bake another 10 minutes until bubbling.
