Sweet Pecans

Ingredients:

  1. 1 pounds - pecan halves
  2. 1 - large egg white
  3. 1 tablespoons - water
  4. 1 teaspoons - vanilla extract optional
  5. 1 cups - sugar
  6. 1/2 teaspoons - sea salt
  7. 2 teaspoons - spice of your choice - cinnamon, apple pie, pumpkin pie, mixed Christmas spices, etc.

Directions:

Whisk (or beat with electric mixer) egg white with water and vanilla until frothy.

Add all other ingredients and toss until evenly coated.

Arrange coated pecans on baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Bake at 250 degrees F for 1 hour, stirring in mid-time.

Let cool before serving; store in airtight container.
