Sweet Lime Chilli Cod on a Bed of Garlic Mashed Potato

Ingredients:

  1. 2 whole - Cod Fillets small When I weighed them, came out to 160 grams for 105 calories
  2. 30 grams - Instant Mash 22g 80 calories
  3. 2 stalks - Sliced Asparagus
  4. 1 stalks - Celery cut up
  5. 1 whole - Mushroom (You can use something else)
  6. - Desired amount of Onion Chopped
  7. 2 teaspoons - Light Marg
  8. 2 tablespoons - Sweet Chili lime sauce or just Sweet chili and add a squirt of lime juice
  9. - Salt and pepper
  10. 1 teaspoons - Garlic powder

Directions:

Put veggies and fish into tin foil, dollop your chili sauce onto the fish and rub in. Wrap your tin foil up and put in oven for 30 minutes. Prepare you potatoes with water, and add Marg, garlic and salt and pepper. When fish is done, lay out your potato mash on a plate or bowl, and serve fish and veggies over top.
