Ingredients:
- 1 pounds - boneless pork
- 1 teaspoons - sherry
- 1/2 teaspoons - salt
- 1/4 teaspoons - pepper
- 1 - egg
- 1 tablespoons - flour
- 2 1/2 tablespoons - cornstarch
- 3 cups - onions bite size pieces
- 1/2 - cucumber bite size pieces
- 1 cloves - garlic
- 1 - or 2 medium carrots cut lengthwise, bit size
- - mushrooms
- 1/4 cups - catsup
- 1 teaspoons - soya sauce
- 1/4 cups - vinegar
- 1/4 cups - sugar
- 3/4 cups - water
- 5 tablespoons - oil
- 1 pounds - boneless pork

- 1/4 teaspoons - pepper
- 1 - egg
- 1 tablespoons - flour
- 2 1/2 tablespoons - cornstarch
- 3 cups - onions bite size pieces
- 1/2 - cucumber bite size pieces
- 1 cloves - garlic
- 1 - or 2 medium carrots cut lengthwise, bit size

- 1/4 cups - catsup
- 1 teaspoons - soya sauce
- 1/4 cups - vinegar
- 1/4 cups - sugar
- 3/4 cups - water
- 5 tablespoons - oil
Directions:
1. Combine meat, salt, pepper and sherry.
2. Beat egg slowly with flour, and 1 tbsp. cornstarch. Coat meat in egg mixture. Fry in deep oil.
3. Deep fry cucumber, carrots, mushrooms and onion.
4. Mix sauce ingredients, 1 1/2 tbsp cornstarch, water, and oil. Stir until thick.
5. Toss all together and heat.
