Ingredients:
- 2 1/2 pounds - Ground beef
- 1 - Egg
- 2 - Packets of dry onion soup mix
- 1 tablespoons - Vegetable oil For frying the meatballs
- - Salt and pepper To taste
- 1/2 cups - Corn flour or starch Use to roll the meatballs in before frying
- 1 tablespoons - Corn starch
- 1 teaspoons - Soy sauce
- 1 cans - Crushed pineapple at least 20 ounces, seperate the pineapple and juice
- 1/2 cups - Brown sugar
- 1/2 cups - Vinegar
Directions:
Meatballs
Mix together ground beef, soup, egg, salt and pepper in a large bowl
Form into tiny balls
Roll in corn flour or starch
Heat oil in pan and brown meatballs
Place in casserole dish
Sauce
Place corn starch, soy sauce, pineapple juice, brown sugar and vinegar in saucepan.
Bring to a boil, stirring constantly.
Add pineapple
Add to meatballs and bake in oven at 325 for 50 minutes.
