Ingredients:

  1. 1 1/2 pounds - Ground beef Lean
  2. 1/2 pounds - Ground pork or chicken
  3. 2 cups - Milk
  4. 2 - Eggs
  5. 1/2 cups - Bread crumbs
  6. 1 teaspoons - Pepper
  7. 1 teaspoons - Salt
  8. 1 - Onion Chopped
  9. 1 teaspoons - Accent
  10. 1 cans - Cream of Mushrooms soup
  11. 1 1/2 pounds - Ground beef Lean
  12. 1/2 pounds - Ground pork or chicken
  13. 2 cups - Milk
  14. 2 - Eggs
  15. 1/2 cups - Bread crumbs
  16. 1 teaspoons - Pepper
  17. 1 teaspoons - Salt
  18. 1 - Onion Chopped
  19. 1 teaspoons - Accent
  20. 1 cans - Cream of Mushrooms soup

Directions:

Brown onion until golden brown. Let the bread crumbs soak in milk and eggs and then beat together. Add meats and seasonings and onion. Mix, mix, and mix until meat is light. It’s kind of saucy. Make into small balls And brown in butter. I Have put them on a pan and bake in oven in batches. Add a couple Tablespoons of flour to onion Frying pan. Brown, stirring up dripping. Add a cup or two of milk making a gravy. Add can of cream of mushroom soup. Pour over meatballs. Bake in oven or crock pot. Oven 350 for 1 hour in covered Dutch oven or roaster. Crock pot low for 4 hours.
