Ingredients:

  1. 1 cups - Chana Dal Soak for 5 to 6 hours
  2. 1/2 cups - Urad Dal Soak for 5 to 6 hours
  3. - Water As Required
  4. 3 pieces - Green Chilies
  5. 1 pieces - Ginger
  6. 1/2 teaspoons - Baking Powder
  7. - Salt To Taste
  8. 1/2 teaspoons - Turmeric Powder
  9. 1 tablespoons - Besan
  10. - Chili Powder To Sprinkle
  11. - Medium Sev, Coriander, Locha Masala, Oil For Assembling

Directions:

Crush the chana dal with water.
Crush urad dal, green chilies and ginger.
Mix both dals, add water, baking powder, salt and turmeric powder and besan and make dhokla type batter.
Take the batter in a greased dhokla thali and sprinkle chili powder.
Steam for 10 to 12 minutes.
Remove locha in the locha style and assemble the locha.
