Ingredients:
- 1 pounds - ground beef
- 1 packages - taco seasoning 1.25 oz.
- 1 cans - refried beans 16 oz.
- 2 cups - Monterey Jack cheese shredded
- 2 cups - cheddar cheese shredded
- 1 cans - chopped green chilies 4 oz.
- 2 - medium tomatoes chopped
- 1/2 - red onion diced
- 1 bags - tortilla chips
- 1 cups - sour cream regular or light
- - salsa for serving
- 1 packages - fast-cook Spanish rice optional
Directions:
Brown ground beef in a skillet. (Meanwhile begin cooking one package of fast-cooking Spanish rice to serve with). Add taco seasoning to ground beef and toss to coat.
Grease a 12-14" pizza pan. Layer the following ingredients on the pizza pan in this order: beans, Monterey Jack cheese, cheddar cheese, ground beef, and green chilies. Broil 5-7 minutes.
Arrange tomatoes and red onion (optional) around edges of nacho.
Serve with tortilla chips, sour cream and salsa.
