Ingredients:

  1. 1/2 cups - Daliya
  2. 1 pieces - Ginger
  3. 4 pieces - Green Chillies
  4. 1/4 cups - Mint Leaves
  5. 1/4 cups - Coriander
  6. 20 pieces - Kadipatta
  7. - Salt To Taste
  8. 1/2 teaspoons - Sanchal
  9. 1/2 teaspoons - Chaat Masala
  10. 1/2 teaspoons - Asafoetida
  11. 1 teaspoons - Lemon Juice
  12. 4 cups - Puffed Rice
  13. 1 cups - Potatoes Boiled and Chopped
  14. 1 cups - Onion Chopped
  15. 1 cups - Tomato Chopped
  16. 1/4 cups - Peanuts Roasted
  17. 1 teaspoons - Chaat Masala
  18. 1 teaspoons - Sanchal
  19. 1/2 teaspoons - Chilli Powder
  20. 4 tablespoons - Puris Crushed
  21. 4 tablespoons - Sev
  22. 2 tablespoons - Coriander

Directions:

For Sukhi Chutney

Crush Daliya, Ginger and Green Chillies in a mixer.
Now add all the other ingredients and churn in a mixer again.

For Bhel
Mix everything together. Add chutney to taste and enjoy.
