Ingredients:

  1. 1/2 cups - Deshi jaggery
  2. 1/2 cups - Ghee
  3. 1/2 cups - Curd
  4. 1/2 cups - Milk
  5. 1/2 teaspoons - Baking Powder
  6. 1/2 teaspoons - Baking Soda
  7. 1/4 cups - Oats Powder
  8. 3/4 cups - Wheat Flour
  9. 2 teaspoons - Ginger Powder
  10. 1/2 teaspoons - Cardamom Powder
  11. 1/4 cups - Cashew, Almond, Walnuts and Black Grapes
  12. 1 tablespoons - Sunflower Seeds
  13. 1 teaspoons - Alsi
  14. - Dry Coconut, alsi and sunflower seeds For Garnishing

Directions:

In a bowl, mix jaggery and ghee and whip it.
Add curd, milk, baking powder, soda, oats, wheat flour, ginger powder and cardamom and fold mix.
Now add cashew almond mixture, sunflower seeds and alsi and mix together.

Now add batter in a greased and powdered bread mold, garnish and in a heated pan, on a katha cook the cake on closed lid for 20 minutes.

Serve.
