Ingredients:

  1. 1 cups - Wheat bhakri Flour
  2. 3/4 cups - Deshi ghee
  3. 2 tablespoons - Gundar
  4. 1/4 cups - Dryfruit powder
  5. 1 cups - Jaggery
  6. - Dry Coconut powder As Required
  7. - Fried Gundar

Directions:

In a pan, take flour and ghee and mix it continuously. Now add gundar (ghee should be hot so gundar will fry properly)
Cook til pink. Add dryfruits and jaggery and cook.
Spread in a thali and apply coconut on top.
Make sukhdi.
