Sugared Pecans

Ingredients:

  1. 1 teaspoons - cold water
  2. 1 - egg white
  3. 1 pounds - pecans
  4. 1 cups - sugar
  5. 1 teaspoons - ground cinnamon
  6. 1 teaspoons - salt
  7. 1 teaspoons - cold water
  8. 1 - egg white
  9. 1 pounds - pecans
  10. 1 cups - sugar
  11. 1 teaspoons - ground cinnamon
  12. 1 teaspoons - salt

Directions:

Beat cold water and egg white until foamy. Toss pecans in with mixture.

In another bowl, mix sugar, cinnamon and salt. Toss nuts in this mixture.

Spread in single layer on cookie sheet. Bake at 225° F for at least 1 hour, stirring about every 20 minutes. They will be soggy if not cooked long enough.
