Sugar Monkey Bread

  1. 1 cups - chopped walnuts
  2. 1 cups - granular sugar
  3. 3 teaspoons - cinnamon
  4. 1 sticks - butter or margarine
  5. 1/2 cups - brown sugar
  6. 4 packages - Pillsbury biscuits


Preheat oven 350° F
1. Grease bottom and sides of cake pan (9"x12"x2").
2. Pour nuts on bottom of pan. Set aside.
3. Mix granular sugar +cinnamon in medium size bowl.
4. Cut biscuits into 4's, and toss them in sugar + cinnamon mixture.
"Throw" biscuits into pan on top of the nuts.
5. In a small pan, melt butter + brown sugar together. When boiling pour over the biscuits.
6. Bake for 30 minutes.
Let cool for 5 minutes, then turn over onto cookie sheet or dish.
Serve warm and enjoy!
