    Even I, who does not like peanut butter, loved these. They are even great using regular ingredients instead of fat free. Wonderful quick, healthy snack.

Ingredients:

  1. 2 cups - Sugar Free Chocolate Ice Cream slightly softened
  2. 1 - 3 oz pkg. Sugar free Instant Chocolate Pudding
  3. 1/2 cups - Chunky Peanut Butter
  4. 1 cups - Grape Nuts
  5. 1 cups - Cool Whip Free

Directions:

Place all in medium bowl & beat together with mixer. Line an 8X8 pan or glass container with wax paper & pour mixture in. Freeze. Cut in bars
