    Watch cookies as they bake, making sure to remove from oven right before they brown. Becky (the originator of this recipe) only bakes her batches 6 minutes.

Ingredients:

  1. 3 cups - flour
  2. 2 teaspoons - baking powder
  3. 1/2 teaspoons - nutmeg
  4. 1 teaspoons - baking soda a
  5. 1 cups - butter NOT margarine
  6. 2 - eggs
  7. 1 cups - sugar
  8. 4 tablespoons - milk
  9. 1 teaspoons - vanilla

Directions:

Combine flour, baking powder, nutmeg and baking soda. Cut in butter. In another bowl beat eggs, add sugar, milk and vanilla. Beat into dry ingredients. Chill. Roll out and cut into shapes. Bake in 375 oven for 8-10 minutes
