Ingredients:
- 1 cups - butter
- 1 cups - cooking oil
- 1 cups - sugar
- 1 cups - powdered sugar
- 2 - eggs
- 1 teaspoons - baking soda
- 1 teaspoons - cream of tartar
- 1 teaspoons - vanilla
- 1 teaspoons - salt
- 4 cups - flour
- - sugar for dipping
Directions:
Beat all ingredients together except flour. Add the flour.
Refrigerate for 1 hour.
Drop on cookie sheet; flatten with glass dipped in sugar.
Bake at 350 - 360 degrees F for 12 minutes.
