Stuffed Uttapam

Ingredients:

  1. 1 tablespoons - White Butter
  2. 1 pieces - Onion Chopped
  3. - Salt To Taste
  4. 1 cups - Cabbage Chopped
  5. 1 cups - Carrot Chopped
  6. 1 cups - Corn Kernels Boiled
  7. 1 cups - Potatoes Boiled and mixed with chilli powder, coriander cumin seeds powder and salt
  8. 1 teaspoons - Chilli Powder
  9. 1 teaspoons - Coriander Cumin Seeds Powder
  10. 1/2 teaspoons - Garam Masala
  11. 1/2 teaspoons - Chaat Masala
  12. 1/2 teaspoons - Mixed Herbs
  13. 2 tablespoons - Cheese Grated
  14. 1 tablespoons - Tomato Ketchup
  15. - Uttapam Batter As Required
  16. - Water As Required
  17. - Cheese Grated
  18. - White Butter
  19. - Coriander For Garnishing
  20. - Tomato Ketchup For Serving

Directions:

For Stuffing
Heat Butter in a pan. Add onions and salt and saute till pink.
Now add cabbage, carrot, corn, potatoes and masalas (not salt) and cook.
Add cheese and ketchup and mix. Rest till on room temerature.
Now add salt.

For Uttapam
Add water as required in the batter.
Heat pan and add uttapam batter.
When cooked on one side, add stuffing and cheese and again pour batter on the stuffing and seal.
Now cook on another side with butter.
Cut and garnish with cheese and coriander. Serve Hot.
