Stuffed Pork Chops

Ingredients:

  1. 4 - pork chops butterflied open
  2. 2 cups - Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix
  3. 1 - egg
  4. 1 tablespoons - diced onion
  5. 1/4 cups - finely diced celery
  6. 1/2 cups - chopped pecans

Directions:

1. Mix ingredients together (except for pork chops) until well combined. Put mixture into pockets of chops.

2. Brush oil on top of chops and bake for 45-50 minutes in oven at 350 degrees F.
