Stuffed Mushrooms

Ingredients:

  1. 30 - large mushrooms
  2. 1/2 pounds - bulk sausage
  3. 1 cups - chopped dried tart cherries
  4. 2 - green onions sliced
  5. 8 ounces - soft cream cheese

Directions:

Rinse mushroom caps and drain well.

Cook sausage in large skillet, stirring to break up meat, about 5 minutes or until done. Remove from heat.

Add cherries, onions and cream cheese; mix well.

Fill each mushroom cap with heaping teaspoonful of mixture. Place filled caps on lightly greased cookie sheet.

Bake at 425 degrees F for 6 to 8 minutes. Serve immediately.
