Stuffed Crab

Ingredients:

  1. 2 - small onions chopped fine
  2. 1 tablespoons - chopped parsley
  3. 2 tablespoons - butter
  4. 2 cans - (or frozen) king crab shredded
  5. 1 tablespoons - lemon juice
  6. 1 tablespoons - Worcestershire sauce
  7. 3 tablespoons - bread crumbs
  8. 1/2 cups - cream
  9. 1 - hard boiled egg minced
  10. - tabasco, salt and pepper to taste
  11. - paprika and lemon slices for garnish
  12. - tartar sauce for serving with

Directions:

Brown onion and parsley in butter. Add crab, lemon juice, Worcestershire, bread crumbs, cream, minced egg, and tabasco, salt and pepper.

Grease "crab shells", stuff with mixture, sprinkle with additional bread crumbs, and dot with butter.

Place in pan with a little water in the bottom; brown at 350 degrees F until bubbly.

Sprinkle with paprika, and garnish with lemon slices and parsley. Serve with tartar sauce.
