Ingredients:

  1. 4 - raw banana boiled and mashed
  2. 3 tablespoons - Green Peas Boiled
  3. 3 tablespoons - French Beans Boiled
  4. 3 tablespoons - Cabbage Grated
  5. 4 teaspoons - Green Chili Paste
  6. 15 pieces - Cashews
  7. 1/2 teaspoons - Sugar
  8. 1/2 teaspoons - Lemon Flower
  9. 3 tablespoons - Coriander
  10. - Salt To Taste
  11. 1 cups - Urad Dal Batter Soak for 4 hours. Crush Green Chili with the batter
  12. - Oil To Fry
  13. - Tamarind Chutney
  14. - Coriander Chutney
  15. - Curd
  16. - Chili Powder
  17. - Chaat Masala
  18. - Pomegranate Seeds
  19. - Green Grapes
  20. - Sev

Directions:

Mix potato, peas, french beans, cabbage, green chili paste, cashew, sugar, lemon flower, salt and coriander. Make round balls.
In the batter, add salt and water as required. Mix oil.
Fry the vadas.
Serve hot with the ingredients.
