Strawberry Sweetheart Cake

Ingredients:

  1. 1 - white cake mix
  2. 1 packages - strawberry Jell-O
  3. 1/2 cups - water
  4. 4 - eggs
  5. 1/2 boxes - 10 oz. frozen strawberries
  6. 2/3 cups - oil
  7. 1/4 sticks - margarine
  8. 1 boxes - powdered sugar
  9. 1/2 boxes - 10 oz. frozen strawberries
  10. - red food coloring to desired shade of pink

Directions:

Mix all cake ingredients together thoroughly. For perfect heart shape cake, bake in 1 round and 1 square Pyrex baking dish (grease and flour baking dishes).

Bake at 350 degrees F until top springs back when touched lightly in center.

To form heart shape, place square layer first, then cut round layer in half and place one half on each side of square.

Mix together all icing ingredients and frost cake before serving.
