Ingredients:
- 2 1/2 cups - fresh strawberries
- 1 cups - chopped green pepper
- 1 - jalapeno pepper
- 2 - green onions
- 2 teaspoons - fresh chopped parsley
- 1/3 cups - Catalina salad dressing
- - splash of hot sauce optional
Directions:
Dice strawberries and vegetables finely and mix with the salad dressing.
Add hot sauce, if desired.
Allow to set in refrigerator for 2 to 4 hours before serving.
