Strawberry Pie

  1. 1 whole - Pie Crust baked
  2. 6 cups - Strawberries
  3. 1 cups - Sugar
  4. 3 tablespoons - Cornstarch
  5. 1/2 cups - Water
  6. 3 ounces - Cream Cheese
  7. 2 cups - Cool Whip


Mash enough strawberries to make 1 cup. Stir in sugar, cornstarch, and water. Stir over medium heat until it thickens and boils. Boil and stir for 1 minute. Cool completely.

Stir cream cheese with Cool Whip and spread evenly over baked pie crust. Spread as many berries as possible over top. The pour cooled strawberry mixture over the top. Chill for 3 hours.
