Ingredients:
- 1/2 cups - oats
- 1/2 cups - milk (or unsweetened vanilla almond milk)
- 1 tablespoons - chia seeds
- 1 tablespoons - flaxseed meal
- 1/8 teaspoons - vanilla
- - dash of salt
- 3 - to 4 strawberries mashed*
- 1 tablespoons - honey more or less, to taste
- 1/2 cups - yogurt (strawberry yogurt recommended)
- - additional strawberries for topping
Directions:
In a mason jar or Tupperware container, combine all ingredients and stir well to combine. Refrigerate overnight
In the morning stir well and top with additional chopped strawberries.
*For the mashed strawberries, just cut them up into chunks and then mash them with the back of a fork to get the juices and flavor into the oats.
