Strawberry Nut Bread

Ingredients:

  1. 3 cups - Flour
  2. 1 teaspoons - Cinnamon
  3. 1 teaspoons - Soda
  4. 2 cups - Sugar
  5. 1 teaspoons - Salt
  6. 4 whole - Eggs beaten
  7. 2 cups - Frozen Strawberries thawed
  8. 1 1/4 cups - Oil
  9. 1 1/4 cups - Pecans

Directions:

In a large bowl, sift together the flour, cinnamon, soda, sugar, and salt. In a separate bowl, combine the eggs, strawberries, oil, and pecans, mixing well. Make a well in the dry ingredients and pour in liquid mixture; stir just enough to moisten.
Pour batter into two greased bread pans. Let stand 20 minutes before baking. Bake at 350° for 1 hour. Let cool for 5 minutes before removing from pan.
