Ingredients:
- 400 grams - flat rice noodles
- 2 tbles - mild oil
- 600 grams - chicken mince
- 4 - garlic cloves
- 200 grams - green beans beans cut in half
- 60 ml - sweet chilli oil
- 60 ml - fish sauce
- 60 ml - dRk soy sauce
- 60 ml - light soul sauce
- 1 tbles - sugar
- handful - Thai basil or plain basil
Directions:
Prepare the flat noodles according to packet instructions
Place wok or frying pan over a high heat and add oil. Add chicken mince and brown well, stirring frequently, then add garlic and beans. Cook, stirring for 2 minutes.
Add all the sauces along with sugar and stir well.
Add the prepared rice noodles and toss to combine. Remove from heat, stir through basil and serve in bowls.
