stir fry rice noodles

Ingredients:

  1. 400 grams - flat rice noodles
  2. 2 tbles - mild oil
  3. 600 grams - chicken mince
  4. 4 - garlic cloves
  5. 200 grams - green beans beans cut in half
  6. 60 ml - sweet chilli oil
  7. 60 ml - fish sauce
  8. 60 ml - dRk soy sauce
  9. 60 ml - light soul sauce
  10. 1 tbles - sugar
  11. handful - Thai basil or plain basil

Directions:

Prepare the flat noodles according to packet instructions

Place wok or frying pan over a high heat and add oil. Add chicken mince and brown well, stirring frequently, then add garlic and beans. Cook, stirring for 2 minutes.

Add all the sauces along with sugar and stir well.
Add the prepared rice noodles and toss to combine. Remove from heat, stir through basil and serve in bowls.
