Ingredients:

  1. 1 pounds - Meat (Poultry or Beef)
  2. - Soy sauce
  3. - Fresh vegetables garlic, shredded carrots, onion, snow peas, broccoli, peppers
  4. - Extra Virgin Olive Oil Vegetable Oil can be used as a substitute
  5. - Instant Rice
  6. - Egg

Directions:

Directions for stir fry:
1. cut meat and vegetables into small pieces
2. put oil in frying pan and put heat on medium high
3. cook meat in small batches with soy sauce
4. take meat out of pan
5. put oil in frying pan. cook vegetables in small batches until tenderness you want
6. mix meat and vegetables together.

Directions for fried rice:
1. cook rice according to package directions
2. cut into very small pieces the vegetables that you want to use
3. put oil in fry pan and add egg. scramble the egg in the pan
4. add vegetables and some soy sauce
5. cook until tender
6. add rice and more soy sauce
7. cook until everything is heated and mixed together.
