Stir Fried Chicken and Asparagus with Cashews

Ingredients:

  1. 6 - chicken leg deboned & diced
  2. 2 cups - asparagus blanched, cut into 2-inch pieces
  3. 1/2 cups - cashews chopped
  4. 1/2 - onion coarsely sliced
  5. 1/2 teaspoons - garlic paste
  6. - ginger grated, to taste
  7. - soy sauce to taste
  8. - oyster sauce to taste
  9. - chili sauce to taste
  10. - chili oil to taste
  11. - sesame oil to taste

Directions:

Heat oil in skillet or wok and stir-fry chicken pieces until golden; remove to paper towel and set aside. Sautee onion, garlic and ginger until fragrant; add asparagus, cashews and other seasonings. Simmer for one minute; add chicken and mix well.
To serve, pour over noodles or serve with Chinese steamed rice.
