Ingredients:
- 6 - chicken leg deboned & diced
- 2 cups - asparagus blanched, cut into 2-inch pieces
- 1/2 cups - cashews chopped
- 1/2 - onion coarsely sliced
- 1/2 teaspoons - garlic paste
- - ginger grated, to taste
- - soy sauce to taste
- - oyster sauce to taste
- - chili sauce to taste
- - chili oil to taste
- - sesame oil to taste
Directions:
Heat oil in skillet or wok and stir-fry chicken pieces until golden; remove to paper towel and set aside. Sautee onion, garlic and ginger until fragrant; add asparagus, cashews and other seasonings. Simmer for one minute; add chicken and mix well.
To serve, pour over noodles or serve with Chinese steamed rice.
