Ingredients:

  1. 2 tablespoons - butter or margarine
  2. 1 pounds - steak Slice or shred
  3. 1 - medium onion slice and separate into rings
  4. 1 cups - beef broth
  5. 1 tablespoons - cornstarch
  6. 2 teaspoons - Worcestershire sauce
  7. 1/8 teaspoons - garlic powder
  8. 4 - hoagie rolls
  9. 4 slices - Swiss or provolone cheese
  10. 2 tablespoons - butter or margarine

  14. 1 tablespoons - cornstarch
  15. 2 teaspoons - Worcestershire sauce
  16. 1/8 teaspoons - garlic powder
  17. 4 - hoagie rolls
  18. 4 slices - Swiss or provolone cheese

Directions:

In a large skillet melt butter. Add steak and cook over medium-high heat for 2-3 minutes (until desired doneness). Remove from skillet, reserving drippings. Cook onions in drippings until tender. Combine broth, cornstarch, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder and a dash of pepper. Add to skillet. Cook and stir until bubbly. Cook and stir 2 minutes more. Add steak to mixture and stir. Line hoagie roll with cheese and add steak mixture.
