Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons - butter or margarine
- 1 pounds - steak Slice or shred
- 1 - medium onion slice and separate into rings
- 1 cups - beef broth
- 1 tablespoons - cornstarch
- 2 teaspoons - Worcestershire sauce
- 1/8 teaspoons - garlic powder
- 4 - hoagie rolls
- 4 slices - Swiss or provolone cheese
- 2 tablespoons - butter or margarine
- 1 pounds - steak Slice or shred
- 1 - medium onion slice and separate into rings
- 1 cups - beef broth
- 1 tablespoons - cornstarch
- 2 teaspoons - Worcestershire sauce
- 1/8 teaspoons - garlic powder
- 4 - hoagie rolls
- 4 slices - Swiss or provolone cheese
Directions:
In a large skillet melt butter. Add steak and cook over medium-high heat for 2-3 minutes (until desired doneness). Remove from skillet, reserving drippings. Cook onions in drippings until tender. Combine broth, cornstarch, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder and a dash of pepper. Add to skillet. Cook and stir until bubbly. Cook and stir 2 minutes more. Add steak to mixture and stir. Line hoagie roll with cheese and add steak mixture.
