Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons - red wine vinegar OR sherry vinegar
- 1/4 teaspoons - sea salt
- 1 tablespoons - shallot finely minced
- 1 teaspoons - Dijon mustard (prefer Edmon Fallot)
- 6 tablespoons - to 8 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1/2 tablespoons - chopped fresh parsley
- 1/2 tablespoons - chopped fresh chives
- 1/2 tablespoons - chopped fresh thyme
- 1 heads - red leaf lettuce
- 1 heads - green leaf lettuce
- 1 heads - Boston lettuce
- 12 - radishes thinly sliced
- 1 packages - cherry tomatoes cut in half
- 1 packages - golden tomatoes cut in half
- - black pepper
Directions:
For Dressing:
Combine vinegar, shallots and salt. Let stand for 10 minutes. Mix in Dijon mustard until smooth. Slowly whisk in olive oil. Add parsley, chives and thyme.
For Salad:
Clean and dry vegetables. Toss together in salad bowl and drizzle with dressing.
