Ingredients:
- 1 bags - green beans
- 1 whole - onion diced
- 2 whole - garlic cloves minced
- 1 cups - oil (vegetable, olive, etc)
- 2 whole - tomatoes
- 1 pinchs - salt
- 1 tablespoons - curry powder
- 1 teaspoons - cumin
Directions:
Cut and clean the spring beans and set aside, In a pot put 1 cup of oil. Cut onion into small pieces and put it in the pot, let stand for 5 minutes and add the spring beans and tomato together. Cover the pot then let cook for 5 minute add curry and cumin and salt and cook it for ten minutes and then serve
