Ingredients:
- 1 bags - Baby spinach leaves large bag
- - Goat cheese
- - Jalapeno salad dressing (store bought)
- - Dried apricots
- - Toasted pine nuts
Directions:
Break cheese into edible chunks, chop apricots into chunks or leave whole. Combine all ingredients in large bowl and top with jalapeno dressing or your favorite savory dressing.
