Ingredients:
- 3 cups - baby spinach washed, dried
- 3 - medium-ripe yellow pears cored, cut into slices
- 2 tablespoons - crumbled blue cheese
- 2 tablespoons - balsamic vinegar
- 3 tablespoons - extra virgin olive oil
- 3 tablespoons - orange juice
- - salt to taste
- 1 cloves - garlic crushed
- 1/4 cups - chopped walnuts toasted
Directions:
In a salad bowl, place spinach, pears, and cheese.
In a separate container, whisk together dressing ingredients, except walnuts, and toss with salad.
Toast walnuts on a baking sheet in the oven heated to 325 degrees F.
Sprinkle walnuts, while still warm, over the salad. Serve.
