Ingredients:
- 1 packages - 10 oz. frozen spinach (thawed and drained)
- 1 packages - 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
- 1 cups - freshly grated parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cups - mayonnaise
- 2 cloves - garlic (minced)
- 1 loaves - baguette bread
- 1/4 cups - pine nuts
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F.
In a large bowl, mix the spinach, parmesan cheese, cream cheese, mayonnaise and garlic together.
Slice your baguette bread into slices about ½ inch thick (or whatever you prefer - just adjust cooking times accordingly).
Top each piece of bread with the spinach mixture.
Sprinkle with pine nuts.
Bake for approx 10 minutes – keep a close eye on them as they are quick.
