Spinach Loaded Chicken Breasts

Ingredients:

  1. 1 cups - Spinach Chopped
  2. 4 tablespoons - Cottage Cheese
  3. 2 - Chicken Breasts
  4. 1/2 whole - Lime Juice
  5. 2 tablespoons - Italian Seasoning
  6. 2 tablespoons - Olive Oil

Directions:

Preheat air fryer to 390° F and grease the basket with cooking spray.
Mix spinach and cottage cheese in a bowl.
Halve the breasts with a knife and flatten them with a meat mallet.
Season with Italian seasoning.
Divide the spinach/cheese mixture between the chicken pieces.
Roll up to form cylinders and use toothpick to secure them.
Brush with olive oil and place them in the frying basket.
Bake for 7-8 minutes, flip, and cook for 6 minutes.
Serve warm.
