Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons - Oil
- 1 tablespoons - Cumin Seeds
- pinchs - Asafoetida
- 2 tablespoons - Onion Crushed
- 1 teaspoons - Garlic Paste
- 1 teaspoons - Ginger Chili Paste
- 1 cups - Spinach Chopped
- - Salt To Taste
- 1/2 cups - Potato Boiled and mashed
- 1/2 cups - Corn Kernels Boiled and Crushed
- 1 teaspoons - Garam Masala
- 1 teaspoons - Chili Powder
- 1 teaspoons - Coriander Cumin Seeds Powder
- 1/2 cups - Paneer Grated
- 1 tablespoons - Coriander
- 1 tablespoons - Lemon Juice
- 1 cups - Maida Cornnflour Dough
- - Ghee To Roast
- - Butter To Serve
- - Curd and Green Chutney Mix To Serve
- - Lassi To Serve
- - Corn To Garnish
Directions:
Heat oil in a pan. Add cumin seeds, asafoetida and onions, garlic, ginger chili paste, spinach and salt and saute.
Now add potatoes, corn, garam masala, chili powder and coriander cumin seeds powder and mix together.
Now switch off the stove and add paneer, salt and coriander and mix together.
Then add lemon juice and mix again.
Cool on room temperature.
Now make the stuffed paratha and saute with ghee.
Serve hot.
