Spinach Corn Paratha

Ingredients:

  1. 2 tablespoons - Oil
  2. 1 tablespoons - Cumin Seeds
  3. pinchs - Asafoetida
  4. 2 tablespoons - Onion Crushed
  5. 1 teaspoons - Garlic Paste
  6. 1 teaspoons - Ginger Chili Paste
  7. 1 cups - Spinach Chopped
  8. - Salt To Taste
  9. 1/2 cups - Potato Boiled and mashed
  10. 1/2 cups - Corn Kernels Boiled and Crushed
  11. 1 teaspoons - Garam Masala
  12. 1 teaspoons - Chili Powder
  13. 1 teaspoons - Coriander Cumin Seeds Powder
  14. 1/2 cups - Paneer Grated
  15. 1 tablespoons - Coriander
  16. 1 tablespoons - Lemon Juice
  17. 1 cups - Maida Cornnflour Dough
  18. - Ghee To Roast
  19. - Butter To Serve
  20. - Curd and Green Chutney Mix To Serve
  21. - Lassi To Serve
  22. - Corn To Garnish

Directions:

Heat oil in a pan. Add cumin seeds, asafoetida and onions, garlic, ginger chili paste, spinach and salt and saute.
Now add potatoes, corn, garam masala, chili powder and coriander cumin seeds powder and mix together.
Now switch off the stove and add paneer, salt and coriander and mix together.
Then add lemon juice and mix again.
Cool on room temperature.

Now make the stuffed paratha and saute with ghee.

Serve hot.
